Health: Choice of PPO plan or Opt-out, 100% County paid

Dental/Optical: Up to $500 annual reimbursement for expenses

Term Life: $20,000, 100% County paid

Disability: Long-term, 100% County paid, 60% benefit, 90 day waiting period

Vacation Leave Time: 1 day per month
Maximum Accumulation: 30 days

Paid Holidays: 12.5 days per year

Sick Leave Time: 1 day per month
Maximum Accumulation: 30 days

Personal Leave Time: 2 day per year
Maximum Accumulation: None

Retirement: Defined Contribution Plan, up to 10% County contribution
Vesting: 5 years

 

Deferred Compensation: Optional Participation; you may defer 25% of salary, up to $8,500 per year maximum, No County contribution
