 What We Do:
The Friend of the Court's professional mission is to:
- Provide assistance, information and respond to the needs of
families involved in domestic relations actions in the 29th
Family Court
- Encourage family cooperation in resolving matters of
custody, parenting time and child support
- investigate and enforce matters of custody, parenting time
and child support as required by law in an objective,
respectful and timely manner
- Implement and utilize the Federally mandated computer system
to perform required activities related to Court Ordered
modification, reporting and enforcement of child support

For questions on child support payments, amounts, dates and
missing or lost checks please contact the MiSDU Customer Service

The Friend of the Court Office is open 8:00 a.m. until 4:30
p.m., Monday through Friday.
Caseworkers are available for telephone calls at the following
times:
Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00
p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.
and 1:15 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
