What We Do:

The Gratiot County Prosecutor is elected to a four year term and is the chief law enforcement officer in the County.  The prosecutor reviews complaints from police and citizens, issues warrants, and represents the State in criminal and juvenile cases.  The Prosecutor also acts as the attorney for some County boards and agencies.
